濤沸湖越しに斜里岳の美しい姿が見られます。

10月からオオハクチョウの飛来地となっていて、雪が降るまでは少なめですが周辺の畑に雪が積もってくると濤沸湖にやってきます。 年末にはオオワシやオジロワシの姿がたくさん見られるようになり、 その他、カモ類もたくさん見られます。

天候やタイミングで様々な野鳥に出会うことが出来るので楽しみです。 オホーツク海が荒れるとシノリガモなどの海の鳥が避難して来ることもあります。

寒い日は、観察舎や水鳥湿地センターの中からも観察することが出来...
