Absolutely beautiful!! One of the most aesthetically pleasing entrances to a museum I've ever experienced.
Not the easiest or most convenient museum in Japan and the time of year may change your opinion/perspective on it, but in autumn it's amazing.
While the exhibits are on the minimal side and I'd use the word 'museum' quite loosely, the act of walking around the grounds is magical and holistic.
The vibes this place has can't be beaten!
It's free and I'm pretty sure it's an annex of the local university. Makes me wish I was studying there so I could have these views everyday.
