Shimo Akasaka Rice Terraces — Attraction in Chihaya-akasaka

Must go place before the rice 🌾 harvest. We went here on august 28 and the terrace was beautiful but it was little hot 🥵. Walk is about 10-15 mins from parking . Be careful car navigation 🧭 will not take you to direct terrace but you have to park the car 🚗 near to the fire department of the area and after that you have to walk around 10 mins but worth it . Go by evening best time I guess after 4-5 pm. Parking is free and can park 🚗 around 6 cars . There is no toilet 🚽 around . No vending machines . Wheelchair ♿️ is ok but it can be little scary to go till last but can enjoy the view from down side also . Better carry cash 💰 if you want anything because it is village kind of place .
