Chikushinoshi Multi-purpose Park — Attraction in Chikushino

Great park for kids of all ages!!!

Get ready to walk a little bit up the hill to get to the pirate ship but the view here is worth it.

The kids will have fun on the pirate ship or the nearby area and plenty of space to run around and have a picnic. Some of the equipment is outdated and needs to be replaced and they have it roped off. The long rolling slide also needs some maintenance. We got stuck in a couple places on the slide. Because of the slide which is awesome, but due to not being able to go down at ease I had to take away a star. Besides that I would give this place a 5 star.

Overall, an amazing park and we could have spent more time here. Definitely worth visiting if...

One of the best playground parks I have ever seen. There is a lot of space for parking (although it can fill up on public holidays to point of creating traffic). There is something available for all ages from toddlers (separate small playground), to under 5's (separate) to the crazy Pirate Ship. There isn't much shade though so best to get there early to perch...

Generously sized playground located atop a knoll. Compared to something like Mt Takatori, this was an easy climb to the Ship. Plenty of space to run around, has the ship, but also a free fall slide and a short roller slide too. Great for a picnic, and overlooking...
