Believe or not, this is actually a nice sightseeing spot in the area. You can enjoy a 360° grandeur view from the area’s highest point, which is high enough to be awed especially around sunset time. The admission is just 420yen.
What is pity are, though the staff are quite friendly and helpful, the opening hours are pretty limited and some lack of willingness for sightseeing business expansion. The entry cutoff at 5:00pm and get closed at 5:30 on my visit in January. There was no eatery open by the late afternoon even without a vending machine in the observatory, also, sorry to say the souvenir space on GF was rather mediocre, all while this unique shaped cute tower is standing as if being alone shiny but for waste. Maybe I should understand since there have been lots of reasons like being understaffed, budget issues or unsuccessful businesses history, putting aside bankrupt-free bureaucratic rigidity… but
I will visit here again another time soon at peak hours...

Once at the station, I had to take a taxi (just under 2000 yen) to get here and I walked to Motochoshi station (Choshi Electric railway).
