Beautiful tea farm! First time at a Japanese tea farm and I’m very happy. It’s free to get in and there’s ample parking. I took many pics and tried their tea, super refreshing. They also have tea picking experience and you can pick fresh tea leaves. Despite the sunny weather today, the clouds just so happened that they covered Mount Fuji, which was disappointing. I’m not gonna give a one star rating for that tho. I do wish they put a sign at the north entrance indicating that it is “exit only” and ask visitors to use south entrance only to avoid any confusion or any instances of cars having to let each other pass on the narrow road leading up...

Lovely tea gardens and forest, small timber photo platform, cafe (I think, it was closed when we were there). Lovely neighbourhood is worth exploring too. We caught the bus from Fuji up the mountain. Easy walk from the bus stop. Lovely views of the city below from some points as well. Take water if you are using transit just in case the cafe is closed. Read moreObuchi sasaba nestled in rural area of fujinomiya, accessible by very limited bus from fujinomiya station, around 600 yen one way fare bus. Walking from the sobina shita bus stop near 711 are mysterious, chill, relaxing, and full of serenity. The pathaway alone is interesting and the green tea field are interesting but i got bit unlucky not to see fuji-san due to its cloudy days.
When i was there, i was alone and its really relaxing to just spend time walking around the green tea field. A worthy experience for anyone...
