Not full bloom yet ,charge only carpark fee of 500yen.Free admittance at the moment.Nice view of M.fuji.A small garden with cafe n souvenir shop.Cafe staff attitude are bad except the more mature guy than can speak a bit of Chinese.None can speak English .The lady use Google translate to place order but she was not clear n even translate also got the wrong message.Very disappointed but the americano is good and the basket English tart is yummy.. Beware the menu show 4500yen for a set that has two tier cake,a coffee/tea with a basket of bread n a tart.(view my pic)I translate I want one set of the menu but was charge 9000yen as the menu never separate the two items together. if you want what the menu show is consider as two set.4500Yen means you either choose two tier assorted small cakes or just a basket of a tart n a beef sandwich. They never even told us that the sandwich comes with beef which we cannot consume.Receipt show 9700yen but earlier I was charge 10450yen.Why extra 700 over charged? We had above items n 4cup coffee only.If you cannot finish the cakes.they don't allow take away. They sell some small donuts n melon bread...
Read moreWent there October 12 2023. Came to this place via bus which is convenient because it is on time and not a lot of passengers however it cost us more or less 1600 yen each way because it is far from Mt Fuji station where our hotel is near. It took as an hour with 52 stops. Their website says entrance is free however we came during the Rainbow Flower Festival thus we need to pay a fee. Rows of flowers can be seen and it did not disappoint. There are lots of spots good for picture taking. The whole garden is not open. It is a also a good place to stroll and relax. There is also an observation tower and a cafe where you can grab some food. Recommending the Blooming Pie (Meat sauce).Just be mindful of the time if you will be taking...

He went on to question the staff abt the queue. Japanese staff sided with the Japanese customer, ignoring the rest of us in the queue. Japanese staff went on to take his order instead (even though he came into the cafe a lot later than us) Felt discriminated and unfair. Would never come to this...
