I come for the MTB trails. One of the biggest if not the biggest MTB park in Japan. Trails ranging from true beginner up to national champ level.
Mid mountain and lower trails are great for getting the hang of park riding with full beginner trails in the Skills Park up to the Blue Hornet jump line or Trail 10 with its melon sized rocks for the more skilled rider. Access is by chairlift. The crew will load your bike but you have to unload it at the top.

The great thing about the resort is the view of Mt. Yatsugatake. The entire mountain from Kita-Yatsugatake to Minami-Yatsugatake can be seen unobstructed. The real thrill of sliding toward Mt. Yatsugatake is the best. It seems that there is no other ski resort with such a good view. If you like skiing and snowboarding, this is a must-visit...
