It’s my first time coming here at night time around 8:40pm to rent ski gears and there is only 1 young girl staff with short curry hair and her attitude was terrible from the beginning because my Japanese was not really good and I did not understand her Japanese properly. when she asked me to return the poles to the original place, I couldn’t understand what she was talking about. Then she raised her voice and asked me if I can speak Japanese?!? With a bad attitude. If she is not happy with her work, go home then. I’m coming here for fun not to see her mean mugging me. It offers several tracks well maintained, with good artificial illumination for night periods, good lifts and not bad signs and identification on the tracks and difficulty leaves. It can be enjoyed for all ages and almost all skills. It does not offer very beginners ramp with lift or "escalator" for first timers. Food shops and services closed very early. The main restaurant closed before the lift closes. So after closing the lifts, the only option is to go back home. There are a few other stores but it also closed early. We arrived and was 12 so we waited for afternoon session and then came back for evening. The next day we went full day and decide rest evening at hotel. Then we did another half day on 3rd day which included takasu park. Do watch out the evening most trails are close and only 1 lift open with 2 trials and red n blacks. Beginners can only do a small slop near rental area so might not be worth to buy life ticket.
