ゴールデンウィークの２８日に訪れました！八幡平の麓、残雪の残る裏側からの雄々しい雄大な岩手山と桜を楽しむことができます 夫婦桜が有名らしく残念ながら、すでに葉桜に・・ 桜の種類が豊富で満開の桜の木もあり楽しむことができましたよ 風が通り抜ける度に桜の花びらが風に舞い よおこそ、と言っているかのように花びらが降り注ぎます、思わず笑顔に・・ この日は天気も良く気温も上昇 青空に雲がたなびき桜と岩手山との自然が織り成す情景は、とても癒されました！

どどーんと岩手山が一望できる、公衆トイレが併設された芝生広場です。ピクニックする人、フリスビーする人、日帰りで楽しむ人のための広場。夜間トイレは閉鎖されるので車中泊には向きません。隣にある森林ふれあい学習館では木工おもちゃを作れたりします。県民の森キャンプ場が付近にありますが林間の板張りサイトなので使いづらいかもしれません。

２０２４年8/4の、猛暑の中なのに…！ 涼しい風に背を押されるように、ルンルン気分で滝を目指しました。
