This park is very close to nature. Highly recommended for parents with children. One can easily spend half your day here. Visited this park in 2nd week of April. Sakura was still present here, unlike Tokyo. The part was the gardens which had thousands of of atleast 25 types. The can be accessed free of charge! This public park is very near to our house. I have visited in every season already! The best one I can say is the summer season! The river is so wide (after the rainy season) and there are a lot of families enjoying the waters :) Swimming is allowed in the rivers. Bringing pets are allowed as well.
