大倉地域市民センターの隣に駐車させていただいて、そこから約6km歩いて山頂につきました。 休憩も入れて4時間ほどで往復できましたが、平地が少く登りっぱなしなので結構きついです。

標高と山頂までの時間の標識が多数あり、ある程度の目処は立...

甑岳1016メートル。幕井コース、跳木場登山口からの登山です。登山口を少し行くと水場があります。その後は雑木林の中を登り、尾根を登り、約1時間20分で山頂広場到着。山頂広場は頂上ではありません。そこから約10分で山頂へ。コースタイムより倍近くはやいと思う。帰りは、こしあぶら、ワラビを収穫しながら下山。

甑岳：こしきだけ と読みます。 楯岡側や東根側などに登山口がありますが、 楯岡側：東沢バラ公園近くからだと、2時間半から3時間程度で山頂につきます（幕井ルート）。 山頂は少し奥まっているほか、樹木があり展望は良くありませんので ルート途中、尾根沿いの山頂広場の展望がおすすめです。
