子供とよく干潮時に遊びに行きます。干潮になると、ゴツゴツした小さな岩が点在しており、それを除けるとカニやエビ、ヒトデ、ヤドカリ、貝、ウニ、運が良ければ、小さな魚も捕まえられます。

砂浜は白く、キレイに手入れもされています。夏は泳ぐこともできます。小さいですが、海水浴客は少なく、かなり穴場です。

近くに管理棟を兼ねた海の家が1つあります。かき氷などが販売されています。

砂浜の左右には釣りができるところも整備されているため、海水浴だけではなく、釣り人にも嬉しいところです。
