Was a great time! Parking lot has I visitor center with an English map, park in the second parking lot if you don’t want to do a lot of walking and want to hit the main things. In the main building there is a room filled with butterflies that you can go through. It was my favorite part. It costs money to park and get in the building. For the observation point we took the little train which saved us the walk, the map shows you were...

Free for kids and 510¥ for adults. With free entry for your children, it’s a no-brainer to swing by here and enjoy some bugs. The building is small, so likely no more than an hour visit. There are a large number of small displays that let you get up close to everything from termites, to giant walking sticks, to tarantulas and butterflies. Great place to take your child if they are interested in bugs. Free for kids and ¥510 for each adult. There are many displays and the butterfly sanctuary in the middle was wonderful. Only thing that I didnt like was the long distance to the parking and the amount of stairs to climb on your way back. Has a great park area with climbing playground to work some energy out of...
