Okuragahama Surf Point — Attraction in Hyuga

5 star as its 1 of my best session in my 2019 fall surf trip. Beautiful beach, renowned beach break with year round consistency, world comps do held here.

Visited once only - 17-18C water during fall. Beach break, Chest to overhead high, Off-shore NW wind and 1-2m E swell. Work really well when there had been a typhoon hitting South Korea, Less than 100 meters paddling to the line-up. 10-15 bodies in the water...

Great big beautiful beach with a extremely long stretch of beach sand. If you're keen on surfing this is the place to go great waves and warm water even in autumn. There's toilets and showers. A hot shower is about 50 or 100 yen for 6...

This spot is right up your alley if you like consistent waves and not many other surfers around. Very few buildings in sight, so it has a very peaceful vibe.

The only drawback of the lack development is the (relative) lack...
