Soginotaki Park — Attraction in Isa

I visited Sogi Falls on a hot summer Saturday afternoon, and it truly lives up to its nickname — “the Niagara of the East.” The falls are wide and powerful, surrounded by dramatic rock formations and lush greenery. Despite the heat, the sound of the water thundering down had a strangely calming effect — like nature’s own white noise machine.

There are several great photo spots, including a large bridge that crosses over the main road with a perfect view of the falls from above. It’s a popular stop for photos and a great way to take in the full scale of the scenery without even entering the park yet.

The area is visitor-friendly — there are restaurants and snack stalls in the park where you can have lunch or cool down with a treat, plus souvenir shops and a peaceful little shrine nearby for a quieter moment.

And the best part? Admission is completely free.

日本でこのスケールの滝が見られるとは思いませんでした。以前見た本場のナイアガラの滝には流石におよびませんが、「日本のナイアガラ」と言う別称に恥じないスケールです。行って後悔しないと思います。奥行きがあって全貌を見渡しにくいのでドローンを持参すれば良かったと後悔しています。もし持参される場合は、法律、マナー、周囲の安全に注意して楽しんてください。展望台の後ろから行ける新旧の曽木発電所の施設（の遺構）もお忘れなく。

This is indeed a Japanese version of Niagara Falls. It is not as high and wide, and you cannot get close to it by a ship (the river below is narrow and rocky like many other Japanese rivers) but it shows you a spectacular view of huge rocks and bubbling water. You can fly done here to add long as you keep it away from other people or properties. 梅雨入り前に訪れました 縁結びの御利益がある清水神社が敷地内に在る 恋愛お御籤が有り、境内手前にはハート型の写真撮影スポットがある 清水神社手前には新しくトイレが新設されてる 駐車場出入口そばには安くて美味しいカフェがある 駐車場の奥（橋側）にもフードコート・お土産屋・軽食屋（ソフトクリーム等）・ピザ屋?ピザ釜焼き用の釜・薪がある 先日此方を訪れた際、ソフトクリームを食べてるご家族が居て自分も食べたくなりピザ屋?手前の売店に行ったんですが、無人だったので呼鈴を鳴らすも無反応😅　再度鳴らすも無反応😮‍💨　結局、４回鳴らして店内アナウンスでスタッフさんが呼ばれて対応してくれましたが、ソフトクリーム（３８０円）を注文しようとしたら『ウチは現在は販売してないので奥側かフードコートで注文して』と😅 ならば売店のメニューに販売中止と書いとくべきでは？と思いました😤 仕方無いのでピザ屋?の方に行くも此方も無人で値段が500円😮‍💨 最終的にフードコート店舗に行くとスタッフさんが居ましたが値段がバニラ・抹茶・ミックス各１つ６００円🙄 フードコート内で食べる温かいうどん・そばとソフトクリーム１つが同額って無いでしょ😑 ・・・仕方無く購入しましたが、以前購入した３８０円と今回購入した６００円のソフトクリーム、共にミックスでしたが違いは今回のソフトクリームに小さな🐟・☆等のお菓子？だけで他は変わらずで、其れだけなのに此の値段って😮‍💨 購入後にフードコート出入口そばの見えにくい場所に某メーカーさんの１個アイスの自販機がありましたが､、､ 材料費等の高騰なのかわかりませんが何...
