I was intended to revist one of the battle cave I visited back in 10yrs ago but mistakenly found this one instead. Long story short, this cave has two entrance one that you follow the stairs and takes you down to the narrow opening and the other one is on the right side of it about 100 meters apart. I'll suggest bring a powerful flash light, like 500 lumens. Once you go down to the bottom end of the cave it has a very big opening like a planetarium, you won't realize if you have one of the regular flash light. The right side entrance it will takes you further in but you will have to walk the underground creek and I'm not sure how far it will takes you but both cave are not connected. I'd say that it is kid friendly but to be aware of the river and pool as well as the first step down entering the cave. A torch is a must as a cellphone light does no justice. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty and good...
Read moreIt's cool if you have nothing to do but I wouldn't trek out here for it. Can't really safely enter the cavern as it's inflitrated with groundwater. Risk of injury and cave in is extremely high. Bats.
Still, wild to imagine the fighting that occured here.
Bring mosquito repellent and a strong light. Enter at your own risk and legality.
