Very well equipped: there are restrooms and showers with hot running water (200 yen for 3 min) withing walking distance, tables with benches and a little store. The route to the mountain peak and back took us 6 hours, it leads you through all 7 major waterfalls and countless little ones. It was very exhausting, but adventerous!
