Done camping at this in October. You can reserve your spot in advance. Very well equipped: there are restrooms and showers with hot running water (200 yen for 3 min) withing walking distance, tables with benches and a little store. The route to the mountain peak and back took us 6 hours, it leads you through all 7 major waterfalls and countless little ones. It was very exhausting, but adventerous! The trail is steep and gets tricky at times, so go prepared - proper shoes, hiking poles + knee/ankle supports, and a hoodie (the wind on the top was cold and strong). All in all it was worth the pain!

【2024年8月訪問】 ・広い駐車場あり（寂地峡案内所という場所） ・トイレあり ・駐車場にいくまで若干細い道あり ・川沿い…は川沿いなんだけど、結構登りの岩肌剥き出し山道みたいなのを歩きつつ、いくつかの滝を楽しめる場所。 ・最初はいいけど、途中かなり狭くなっていて階段も急で足腰弱い方はかなりきつそう…というか多分無理そうな場所もある ・寂地峡案内所からスタートして、ぐるっと滝巡りして宇佐八幡宮まで行って、再び駐車場に戻るコースを選択。大体1時間ちょっとくらいで回れた。 ・自然の音や景色を楽しめて良かった ・一部しょぼかったり遊歩道からは見にくい滝があるが、滝だけではなく、岩肌や岩のトンネルなど総合的に見た時大満足。正直自然好きじゃない方はただ苦しい登り道でしんどいだけだと思う 結果、最高

Nice easy drive from Iwakuni. The trails were clearly marked and easy to follow, we had three young kids and only had to carry one of them the whole way. The trail to the very top of the mountain was closed off. We ate at the camping area at the bottom of the falls they have benches, picnic tables, and restrooms. The water is cold enough that we only waded in...

It was a short morning trekking from our campsite to enjoy the waterfalls. Beautiful nature, clean water, and peace. We took course B, which has some steep parts but we can see all the waterfalls and then play...
