Spent a wonderful day with some friends here at Hosui. There are outdoor tables and an upstairs indoor space where you can sit and enjoy wine and take in the scenery. It's quite a nice view. Director Sugiyama-san was very kind and we talked with him about his wines throughout the day. Absolutely wonderful wines and well-priced. There is a good range of prices as well and no disappointment even in the lower price-range. I absolutely recommend you try some of Hosui's wines! My personal favorite this time around was...

2022/8/13 蚪問 【宝氎ワむナリヌ ノィアグレスト】北海道岩芋沢垂 ◆゜フトクリヌム ・赀ぶどう[レンベルガヌ]　500円(皎蟌) ・癜ぶどう[バッカス]　500円(皎蟌) こちらはずっおも久しぶりの蚪問です。 宝氎ワむナリヌに䜵蚭しおいる゜フトクリヌム販売のノィアグレストさん 季節限定の生いちご゜フトは完売しおたので、倧人しくぶどう゜フトをそれぞれ赀ず癜を1぀ず぀。 ぶどう商品は季節によっお品皮か倉曎になりたす。 個人的には底にコヌンフレヌク入っおるのがむマむチなのず、゜ヌスもうちょっず掛かっおおもいいかなヌず思う。 ぶどうの味が゜フトクリヌムのミルク味にちょっず負けちゃっおるんだよね。 䞋の方に゜ヌスが溜たっおる感じはあるけどもうちょっず゜フトクリヌムず䞀緒に楜しみたいのよね 宝氎ワむナリヌ盎販店では1階にワむンの販売もしおたすが、商売っ気はちょっず無いかな 倧泉掋さん䞻挔の映画『ぶどうのなみだ』のロケに䜿われたこずもあっお映画のセットもありたす。 呚囲は䞀面ブドり畑になっおたす。

小暜の叀い倉庫を移築したずいう赀屋根の建物が、緩やかな䞘陵ず目の前に広がるブドり畑の颚景ずマッチしお、ずおも雰囲気があるワむナリヌです。映画「ぶどうのなみだ」のロケ地ずなったずのこずで、ワむナリヌの前庭に撮圱に䜿った颚車や小屋が残されおいお、これがたた北海道らしさを出しおいたす。 階は映画のちょっずした資料宀のようになっおいるほか、醞造斜蚭の芋孊スペヌスにもなっおいお、朚のいい銙りに包たれながら芋孊ができたす。ブドりの収穫が䞍足しおいお、䜙垂などからブドりを調達しおも䞇本の醞造胜力のうち䞇本ほどしか出荷できおいないずのこずでした。 詊飲は階の売店スペヌスでできたすが、自瀟蟲園のブドりを䜿ったワむンは生産本数が少なく、残念ながら詊飲できたせんでした。 䜙垂産ブドりのワむンを皮類詊飲できたしたが、癜ワむンは銙りず蟛口の味わいがしっかりずしおいお、ロれは少し甘口でフルヌティヌな銙りが豊かで、しっかりずしたワむン䜜りが感じられたす。 品質の高いワむンずしお、お勧めできたす。
