生産者の方が交代で店番を？出店をされているのかな？ 品種によるおすすめ調理方法や、サツマイモは掘ってすぐに出荷しないで２週間ほど寝かして出荷されるそう、そこからさらに２週間から６週間ぐらいで追熟(さらに甘くなる)も終わるので購入してから1ヶ月は我慢した方がいいといった知識も教えてもらえました。 また若い生産者の方が多くて後継者不足が当たり前の農業、うれしく思いました。 商品はばらつきがあり、日によって贈答用（ダンボール...
