I joined the plum wine making workshop on 11th December 2023. The staff showed great hospitality despite I'm not Japanese. The workshop was fun and after the workshop we visited the processing facility. The staff was familiar with it and could answer all of my questions.

Very interesting brewery. They have a few panels with english explanations but have Google translate on the ready to speak with the staff. Even then the plum syrup making experience was fun. Their gift shop is really dangerous though as they make a lot of excellent umeshu. Prepare to bust your import alcool...
