毎年8月中旬~9月初旬、快晴時に寄ります。車は大東総合運動場プール横の駐車場に止め（トイレ・洗い場が有り便利）徒歩10分も掛からず砂浜に行けます。日中も解放感のあるポイントですが特に夕景がお薦めです。海・ウインドファーム・夕陽のコラボが美しく、景色の色がブルー・オレンジ・パープルへと変化する様は見応えがあります。

浅瀬のところは波も穏やかで水も綺麗だったので、泳いだりしてる人もいました。変わった形の橋は自転車道になってて、歩行者も登れます。景色が綺麗。

この辺りはずーっとこんな感じの海岸が続きます。自転車とか吹っ飛ばされそうなくらい風が強い。上の堤防をランナーがトッテッテと走る程度。

浅瀬のところは波も穏やかで水も綺麗だったので、泳いだりしてる人もいました。変わった形の橋は自転車道になってて、歩行者も登れます。景色が綺麗。
