On 27 March, 2023, my wife and I drove here in the afternoon. Parking was free and easy. I loved the opportunity to park our rental car under a blossoming Cherry tree. We saw other Sakura blossoms. I guessed students of Kochi University of Technology (just next to it) might not have the time...
