7月中旬、沼沢湖から「惣山·前山」をハイキングする目的で訪問した。キャンプを目的とした方を主眼に置いた施設の為か、ハイカーに於いては若干門外漢の印象を受けた。 無料駐車場の近くに在ったトイレ🚾もキャンプ以外の訪問者も利用して良いのか、掲示物を読んでも曖昧で分かりにくい。
みのいちみのいち
比較的若いカルデラ湖ですが、それでも水深96㍍と福島県内では最深の湖で、透明度の高い美しい湖です。キャンプ場付近のほんの一画ですが泳げるカルデラ湖とは珍しいですね。なんと現役の活火山なんですね。 大蛇伝説とも相まってとても神秘的な湖ですが、夜はちょっと怖そうかな。
