Karuizawa Taliesin — Attraction in Karuizawa

This place was beautiful. The entry fee was a bit expensive, but if you plan on spending a half day here, it is worth it. They were doing a Halloween event while I was there, and had punched some fallen leaves with Halloween patterns and scattered them around the little peninsula. Children and parents had a lot of fun searching, and the children had an advantage , being closer to the ground. The reward for collecting them was Halloween candy. Such a scenic place! Again, the entry is on the costlier side, not to mention the facilities inside- be it the aqua activities or other amusement ones- are pricey too. However, the place in itself is so serene and beautiful! You can feed the fish in the lake or enjoy local wagyu burgers, see the English rose garden or indulge yourself in recreational athletic activities. This is a nice place to spend some time at if you are looking for something quieter. It is beautiful especially in autumn with the Color change of the leaves.
