国民宿舎コスモピア内之浦の建物の右横に小さな小道があり、浜に抜けることができました。コスモピアに駐車スペースがあります。 日によって違うかと思いますが、私の行った日は海からの風が強く波も荒かったため、ゆっくりする雰囲気ではありませんでした。ただ、砂浜と青い海が本当にきれいで景色は楽しめました。その日は天気が良く、宮崎県の都井岬にある風力発電がみえました。

波が結構高く、サーフィンしている人がいました。部分的ですが砂浜の傾斜がきつく、海水浴には不向きかな。お子さんを遊ばせる際は目を離さないように。
