I live in Izumi and have been wanting to find a park or area where I can barbecue anytime of the year. I am glad that I found this place. It took around 20 minutes by bicycle from my apartment, and I was glad to see that the roads are safe. I first visited on a Sunday, and many families were arriving as it was cherry blossom season. The park is very large, with lots of spaces to put a mat and have a picnic. There is a large pond where you can feed the carp and the ducks by buying their food at the management office for 100 yen. The management office is also where you pay 1,650 yen in advance if you want to barbecue. However, you have to bring all the materials and ingredients with you, as they don’t rent or provide them. You also have to bring your trash home with you. I think I will be coming back to this park more often. 私は泉に住んでいます。年中バーベキューができる公園やエリアを探していました。この場所を見つけてうれしいです。アパートから自転車で約20分かかりましたが、道路が安全であることを見てうれしかったです。最初に日曜日に訪れましたが、多くの家族が訪れていました。桜の季節だったためです。公園はとても広く、マットを敷いてピクニックをする場所がたくさんあります。大きな池があり、管理事務所で100円で鯉やアヒルに餌を与えることができます。管理事務所では、バーベキューをしたい場合に1,650円を事前に支払います。ただし、すべての材料や食材を持参する必要があります。彼らはレンタルや提供はしません。また、持ち帰りごみも必要です。この公園にもっとよく来ると思います。

The park is gorgeous, well maintained and full of attractions for kids, even if is suggested only for kids between 3 and 12 y.o. you can anyway give it a try or at least follow your kids. Definitely recommended

Large park which satisfies all your demands: beautiful rose garden, perfect for photos and enjoying the fragrance; large playground for kids; a windy lake with lots of fishes and turtles, etc. There are two parking lots: one of the park and one of the tennis playground, we parked in the tennis parking and it costs...

Lots of playground equipment for the kids and plenty of open spaces. There is a pond to feed ducks at as well. This is a very large park and it is far from any train stations so you may have to drive. Be prepared to pay 550 yen for...
