The young male staff at the rental counter (28/1/2025) is very rude to non-Japanese customers. At first when we approach him about the rental of ski sets and clothes, his attitude is very unfriendly and he literally throw the application forms to us without any explanations. Every time when we asked about any questions, he always rowed his eyes over us and just used his figure pointing, without any explanations. The worst thing is, when we changed our ski sets, he saw us leaving our shoes at the changing area but didn’t say anything. When we come back from ski, our shoes were missing and he said he don’t know where are they rudely and said must be stolen by others. But actually he had hidden them in his locker and didn’t tell us the truth! The nice lady at the ticket counter helped us found our shoes from his locker and he said he didn’t know!!! This guy is the worst Japanese I ever encountered during so many times of my...

They provide ski equipment for 3000¥ and waterproof ski clothes for 3000¥ with a lot of choices. They have instructors for basic ski and...
