This is by far the worst outlet mall. The variety of brands are nothing to rave about but it is still ok to spend a couple of hours. The horrendous part is the tax refund and the manager. Super long queue during mall closing hours with only what I remembered to be 2 staff processing the refunds. My friend was in the queue already so I passed him mine to process, manager told us off rudely and loudly which we were annoyed but put up with it, i gave up mine. Don't know what's with the manager, he insisted on processing my refund instead of my friend and continued to create a big scene. My friend graciously gave up his refund since the mental manager insisted on that. In the end, I still didnt get my tax refund bcos they wouldn't process it as my name in passport and credit card differs. I lost count on the number of times I have been to Japan and is a frequently traveller, this is the first time anyone or any country has an issue with it. If you are the supervisor of the manager reading this, I suggest you educate and retrain your rude and inflexible staff who is totally not skilled to be a manager. I would think you need to be people-oriented to be in a front line job.
