This is by far the worst outlet mall. The variety of brands are nothing to rave about but it is still ok to spend a couple of hours. The horrendous part is the tax refund and the manager. Super long queue during mall closing hours with only what I remembered to be 2 staff processing the refunds. My friend was in the queue already so I passed him mine to process, manager told us off rudely and loudly which we were annoyed but put up with it, i gave up mine. Don't know what's with the manager, he insisted on processing my refund instead of my friend and continued to create a big scene. My friend graciously gave up his refund since the mental manager insisted on that. In the end, I still didnt get my tax refund bcos they wouldn't process it as my name in passport and credit card differs. I lost count on the number of times I have been to Japan and is a frequently traveller, this is the first time anyone or any country has an issue with it. If you are the supervisor of the manager reading this, I suggest you educate and retrain your rude and inflexible staff who is totally not skilled to be a manager. I would think you need to be people-oriented to be in a...
Read moreThis outlet mall is fantastic, offering a wide variety of brands and an impressive shopping experience. The mall is spread across two buildings, conveniently connected by a footbridge, making it easy to navigate. The discounts here are incredible, with plenty of options to suit different tastes and budgets.
The food court is a nice addition, providing a great spot to recharge during a shopping spree. I tried the banana crepe with cream and Nutella—it was absolutely delicious and a perfect treat!
I also picked up some body care products and sportswear as a reward for the day, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchases. Overall, this is a must-visit destination for anyone looking for great deals, variety, and a fun...
Read moreThis Outlet here in particular is very big indeed. One can easily spent one whole day here without feeling bore. Not only they have most of the big brands on sales but also a handful of eatery outlets available inside the building. Public buses are easily available to and from various locations. For departing from this Mitsui Outlet Park, there are various buses to various locations at every one hour interval. Despite one can find most of the big brands going in sale here but kind of disappointing that the prices are not really as attractive as those outlets compared to Osaka and Okinawa. Of course U can still find some good buy if U take ur time to check out every individual shops here. Good luck and...
