Truly a hidden paradise. If this is discovered by tourists for sure this will be popular in no time like the ones in Niseko and Myoko Kogen which are more popular.

The resort is a haven for winter enthusiasts, offering a perfect balance of adventure and relaxation.

The slopes were well-maintained and varied, catering to all skill levels—from gentle beginner runs to thrilling black diamond trails. The lift system was efficient, with minimal wait times, even during peak hours.

My family had a lesson from a very friendly instructor , although not very well spoken in English was very kind, patient and knowledgeable.

The gondola ride was breathtaking and 1 day pass is only 2000Y. The ski lift passes are also value for money. It has slopes for beginners, intermediate and advanced. Has restaurant at the top and at the base.

All staff are very friendly and powdered snow is like no other. It also has a great kids fun area and guests from en resort hotel can get a free pickup ride to and from the resort.

Only 30mins away from Inawashiro Hotel and the resort offers public bus from both Inawashiro Station and Koriyama station for a minimal fee. for those who drive, it has ample parking space- thus if you have your own suit and gear, all u need to worry is to buy a 1day pass for a small fee with discounts for different age categories.

The resort itself is stunning, nestled amidst breathtaking mountain scenery. The cozy lodges provided the perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes, with roaring fireplaces and panoramic views of the snow-covered peaks. The on-site restaurants offered delicious food, with hearty meals and gourmet hot chocolate that hit the spot...

4hours from Tokyo by car but we’ll worth it! It is behind Mt Bandai about 20km and the last few km’s are very deep in the backcountry…but the snow is that much better! Snow Scoots and Snow Moto’s are 100% welcome here. They even rent the latest Snow Moto models with several board options. View my pic to see the pricing. They even had one with the Shark Super carving board! Only downside is that the Gondala is very small and old. It was a real challenge to get my ride inside and they even stopped the Gondala to allow me enough time to squeeze in. So I only tried this once…there were 2 hi-speed covered quad lifts that were just as fast, so I did not miss out. This is a Tokyu Resort and the hotel was reasonably priced with a Onsen/spa. Next time I will stay here to enjoy...

I’m guessing that would be 5* reviews if not two guys in this “bunker”. We were here yesterday, paid for kids park. It was wide open, no one asked for a ticket and I feel a bunch of people were just coming freely. Today we returned, rented FULL gear, 3 lift tickets. The plan was that my wife would go in a big lift and I’ll take my daughter to the beginners slope next to kids zone. Well, they didn’t let us. Speaking no English, couldn’t translate what they want just keep showing me sone turtle sticker. My daughter clearly need no kids park, full gear with snowboard she just needed to try a couple times to remember since it’s a first time this season. Now we’re just standing wasting our lift time and I have time to write...
