沢に川、熊笹や竹林、岩場など、様々な表情を見せてくれる良い山です。 山頂は景観が良く、眼下は唐櫃と大池の街並み、遠くは鈴蘭台から淡路島、三木、小野方面が見渡せます。 多聞寺が元々あった場所のようです。その名残りか、石塔や神木などがあります。 逢山峡や、六甲有料道路などから、複数ルートでのぼれます。(石塔は山頂から少し南西にあります)。
