火山 倉橋島の中央部に位置する山で、かつて、瀬戸内海の船の要所であったことから、山頂で火を焚き灯台の役目を果たしていたため「ひやま」と呼ばれている様です。 火山を見上げるとその山肌は、所々に岩が顔を出してます。「桂浜温泉館」バス停付近側の登山口から登山道に入りました。途中、千畳敷と言われるインスタ映えしそうな巨岩があります。頂上は、３６０度の展望が開け、瀬戸内海に浮かぶ島々をはじめ遠くは四国山脈の山々も見渡すことができます。 登山道は、災害で通行止めの箇所もありましたが、全体的によく整備されていました。災害による迂回路は、滑りやすい箇所もあり要注意です。 登山道の近くには、呉市倉橋支所があり、駐車場、トイレと温泉館があり、700円...
