Mifune Dinosaur Museum — Attraction in Mifune

We went here for it was my son’s birthday and he loves dinosaurs. The entrance fee is reasonable. Two types of entrance fees though, on these side the amount is 500yen for an adult and free for 3 yrs below(for as far as i remember). On the other side where there are robots and some activities for elementary students, it raises up to a thousand plus. Maybe when my kid grows a little bit older, we might visit again and also check the dino robot side.

Oh and better eat something before visiting the place, because there’s no near family restaurant or no fine place to eat heavy meals. Also no other fine sites and this museum doesn’t have a parking lot, and no pay parking around too😅 we just parked a quite bit in city hall’s...

Pretty awesome place to pay a visit with family! Cool playground for kids. Although it is not a big museum for the dinosaurs fossils, it is still a good place to take a visit. There are big and small dinosaurs fossils here, and there is a mechanical dinosaur which will move its head according to your action. The exhibit is pretty cool. On the other hand, I just find them too compact with each other. They are too close and were put in a room together. The other exhibit is not so special though. You can buy the regular ticket without the special exhibition.

Still a good place for those who love dinosaurs so much. The staff is friendly and tries to communicate with us though they could not speak much English.
