Diamond Long beach — Attraction in Mihama

It's a nice beach to visit. A little difficult to get to but I managed okay with the bus. It doesn't come very often though and when I went there were no stores or restaurants around so you should bring a snack if you think you'll be hungry. It seemed to be pretty popular. Love this place in the off season just before it gets crazy busy. During the on season from July to August, they allow jetski businesses to be run here and it's not that good. They really should stop it. But there are food places and places to shower at as well but expect long lines during the on season. For the price of parking they could make this a much nicer and cleaner beach. I’ve had several different impressions of this beach. Once I went and the water was clean, beautiful and quiet. Today the sand AND water was littered with plastic. There were also boats parked close to the swimming area and you could see oil floating on the water surface.
