Takekura Onsen Minakuchi-sou — Attraction in Mishima

Conpact and reasonable, as well as great quality hot spring! Great view with rice fields and mountains in day time from a bathtub. Price: Adult 500 yen, Child 250 yen. For men the size of the bathtub is for around four to six people, and the place to wash your body is for three people. I believe the same numbers for women. Equipped with free rince in shampoo and body soap. So just bring your towel and entrance fee. Small lockers with key for free are located between the reception and the baths. The dressing room adjacent to the bathtub room has no coin locker with key, so leave your valuable items in your car or in the small locker with key. Used to be a Japanese traditional hotel, ryokan, so you would enjoy nostalgic atmosphere when you step into the building. Enjoy real onsen with isolated/ hidden...

I came here late at night for the last entry at 7:30pm and although o was worried about my tattoos the kind old man seemed not to care (I also only have a few small ones) but also I had the bath all to myself. It was super peaceful amd relaxing but I can imagine that coming in the early morning when you can see the rice patties would be much more beautiful but listening to the water and insects outside was great. 三島駅から路線バスで15分ほどにある日帰り温泉施設。 入浴のみ（1時間）¥600 大広間休憩込み　¥1200

地下から湧き出る鉱泉を沸かした湯は、鉄分を多く含む赤湯。冷たい強風の日に訪れたので、この温かさは格別。年季の入った建物同様、浴場もタイル張のレトロな印象。なぜかジェットバスになってます。 一応、リンスインシャンプーやボディシャンプーは置いてあります。

休憩処の大広間は、かつては宴会場や食事処として使われたのであろう名残りが。 持参した弁当とお茶をいただき、窓から見える畑を眺めつつゴロゴロ過ごします。 なお、TVの奥のスペースに座布団や毛布も用意されております。

ロビーにはソフトドリンクの自販機もありますが、それ以外のアメニティや設備面においては、銭湯のそれ以下です。タオルのレンタルも無いので、お風呂セット一式は持参必須。あくまで赤湯を堪能することに特化すべき。

昨今の日帰り温泉施設やスーパー銭湯のように、至れり尽くせり、小綺麗な場所ではありませんから、衛生面などで神経質な方にはおすすめしかねますが、山間や海沿いの鄙びた温泉地などにある立ち寄り湯などが平気な方は、気にならないかもしれません。
