【2023年花火の祭典“夏”観覧記】 2023年8月14日(月)に開催されたモビリティリゾートもてぎの花火大会を観戦した際の観覧記録です。

〜家族構成〜 父母（40歳台）、幼児（4歳）、都内在中

〜観覧券予約編〜 コロナ明けの初の夏休みの花火大会を子供に見せてあげたかったので、席を予約できてゆったり見れそうなもてぎの花火大会を選びました。 指定席のビクトリーコーナーテラス　パーティーテーブルシートに狙いを定め、6月24日(土)10:00からの予約開始から即座に予約ページを開きました。開始数分後にはパーティーテーブルシートのグランドスタンド側の3〜4シートはすでに予約が入っていましたが、場所を選ばなければ10:09時点で予約できました。当日のお昼まではビクトリーコーナーテラスは満杯にはなっていなさそうなのをウォッチングしていましたが、6月25日(日)時点では指定席券(A/B席)とS席以外はSOLD OUTしていたので（S2駐車場）も予約はご注意ください。 またこの際に人数分の観覧券も予約購入しましたが、これが後々の判断ミスだと感じました（宿泊予約編に続く）

〜宿泊予約編〜 19:20開演で20:30頃に終わると予想し、そこから帰宅するのも辛いので近場で宿をとることにしました。 最初は併設のホテルの予約を考えましたが、7月中旬に観覧券とセットの予約を受け付けるとあり、前述のパーティーテーブルシートと合わせて観覧券を購入してしまっていたので、観覧券分が二重にかかってしまうことになるのと、予約の不確実性から、少し離れた益子に泊まることにしました。 前日8/13のモビリティリゾートのX（Twitter）に、ホテルの直前予約は電話くださいとPostがあったので、「あれ？もしかしてホテル予約とれた・・・？」と思いました。 つまり、6月の観覧券予約開始時点ではまず「指定席」を予約すればよかったのです！（観覧券はあとで買えばよかった）。公式ホテルを狙うのであれば「6月指定席確保→7月ホテル予約挑戦→だめなら別のホテル/旅館＋観覧券」を手配するようにすればよいと学びました。

〜当日出発編〜 8/15(月)のお盆真っ盛りですが、8:30頃に都内を出発し、その時点で首都高はそこまで渋滞している感じはありませんでしたが、ナビが6号向島線の向島ICからのルートを案内し、11:00頃に常磐道...

I went when there was no special event but you can go down to the paddock and see bikes racing or testing. I more or less the stadium to myself. The park itself is catering for kids but he go-karts are fun. Entry to the park was 1200yen you buy additional tickets (unless you have park passport) for rides as i went on my own i didn't really stick around the park but headed for Honda Collection. I took #45 bus from bus stop #7 north exit from Mito Station. The bus left 835am and arrive 1005am at Motegi Twin Ring, I was the only person on bus most the way. Bus cost was 1510 yen pay on exit but remember to take ticket from machine when you get on. Bus leaves from drop off point at 1630pm and arrive back in Mito 6pm don't miss the bus as there is only one a day unless you take...

Go near to the track !! Feel the emotions of MotoGP riders / Super GT drivers Click some pics and come back to Honda Collection Hall you will get bus to Utsunomiya. From there accessibility are more to anywhere.

Suggestion: Twin Ring administrators can introduce a pass for tourists
