Came here off season (early March). Quite a calm beach, nice to chill and read a book, but also to collect some beautiful shells. The water is super clear and you can watch some animals and corals at the shore. Inside various shells you can find crabs and snails, but there's also sea snakes, and I saw a view small jelly fish, so be careful. The sand is sometimes Rocky, sometimes sandy but not super clean. There's a bit of trash here and there, unfortunately. On the other side, you have quite a few caves just opposite of the sea, which is really nice and to hang out in and chill from the heat. If you bring your snorkeling stuff you can definetley go further into the ocean to do so. Sitting at the beach you can see Ie and Minna Island. Read moreSesoko beach facilities were closed for the season when we visited two days ago. They were there though renovating and repairing the beach cafe and observation structure. the menu on the cafe deck had reasonable prices for their selections and the even had taco rice on it.
They had the parking lot and entry road to the beach blocked off but we just parked on the road as there was no traffic down to the beach.
The people working their had no problem with us being on the beach and we were free to use it. We were primarily taking photos the day we visited but if we would have had are beach gear it would have made an excellent beach day.

Read moreWater is not deep, only waist height (I’m 1m87). Also the sea doesn’t have sand, but rather a layer stone/dead coral, not easy to step around without sea shoes… Lots of fish to spot if you have goggles or snorkel, but again the water is not deep. And it wasn’t clear due to many visitors.
Also very busy on a Friday afternoon, parking was 1000yen and a 5minute walk from parking to the sea. There are showers, toilets and a vendor which sells drinks/shaved ice. Can also rent sun-bed/parasol which was 4400yen I believe. (Rather expensive)
P.s. if you walk to the left when going down the stairs, there’s a very nice spot to chill, I would suggest checking it out because the beach itself is not...
