灯台より歩いて10分から15分位で到着しました。 電灯など無いのでいくなら明るい内にいきましょう。お世辞にも歩きやすい道とは言えません。 それと洞窟内も騒がず静かに観光しましょう。天井が風化の為一部崩れ落ちています。

大島灯台まで車・自転車・徒歩でアクセス可能です。車の場合、灯台付近に数台駐車可能です。ここから先は徒歩でしか進めません。灯台から洞窟まで５分から１０分で到着します。 洞窟までの行程が、また絶景です。

キリスト教の神父が隠れ住んでいたそうで、仏教とキリスト教が混在した厳かな雰囲気。 灯台から距離はそう遠くないけど、足場がボロボロの場所も多いので要注意。
