Sasagawa Nagare — Attraction in Murakami

Sasagawa Nagare is truly an amazingly beautiful, immaculate, invigorating Niigata beach, and is one of my favorite places to go in Niigata. If you enjoy swimming, especially snorkeling then this is the place for you. I was really impressed and felt blessed to dive into the crystal clear water and while snorkeling encountered squid and octopuses before my eyes. Rating 5 stars any season but summer, when they rope off the parking areas and charge ¥1000~ to access the beach. I go here to photograph the rock formations and on July 23, when we visited last, couldn’t park for even 5 minutes without paying some silly fee.
