It's a great place to experience bird watching if you never try it before, the staffs are friendly and helpful in guiding and explaining what's happening in 1 of the rooms, some of the binoculars are able to touch and move around to watch the birds, some are not so please check with the staffs.
Able to see that there are regulars there as well, and they are more delightful to explain to you what they are looking out for. During my visit, we are able to chance upon eagles resting in the mountains nearby and flew all the way to lake biwa. You can see the excitement of those people in the center as we get hyped along as well haha.
