If you go in summer, you will see some of the most beautiful hydrangea displays. The entry fee is very reasonable and all of the grounds are decorated with pretty installations, and there were some food stalls too. The only negative is how inaccessible it is, as there are infrequent shuttles during the celebrations but they are often full.
