「ジャガイモを買いに行く。着いてくるか？」と父に言われて出掛けたのが、果たしてココ。朝に出掛けて、到着は昼。

こうなると腹も減りそうなものだか、幸いにして、ここでは食事もできる。地物の魚を使った料理を出しており、特に漬け丼が安価にして人気だとか。今回頂いたのも、この漬け丼で、南九州流儀の甘口醤油に漬けこまれた魚(日替わりらしい)が丼めしの上いっぱいに並べられている。

甘口醤油は味に飽きやすいため、ワサビは精一杯効かせるのがおすすめ。もちろん他にも様々な献立が並んでいるが、盛り付けだけで済む丼ものが早く出てくるのは言うまでもない。

満足度は高いほうだと思います。 お値段以上かな…と思える定食です。安いな〜とワタクシは感じました。 お刺身定食とブリタタキ定食、漬け丼などオーダーしましたがみな美味しかったです！ コーヒーが無料なのも驚きました。 眺望も良いですし、物産館も併設なので楽しめます。ドライブの目標地にしてもいいと思います。このレストランを目的に走っている間の長島の海岸線や段々畑などの景色はとてもよかったです。 ただお子様ランチは…慣れていないのかちょっと焼き過ぎとかありました…。 それ以外は良かった！！と思います。
