管理人はおらず、無人です。駐車スペースは数台分、それほど広くはないです。館内は少しの展示物がある程度。屋外の採集コーナーには、自由に割ったりして化石を探すことが出来る岩がたくさん置いてあり、一人一片までであれば持ち帰り可能だそうです。貝の化石はすぐに見つかりますが、それ以外には逆に何もないので、化石が大好きな人以外にはあまりお勧めしません。

子供を連れていくと楽しいと思いますよ、 大きめのハンマーとか持って行くとお父さんの株が爆上がりしますよ 良く持っていかなくてもOKとか言っていたりしますが、裏を返せば 持って行けばもっと良い事があると思いませんか？ と言うことで、ハンマーとタガネをこっそり持っていっておくと子供や奥さんから超喜ばれます

内陸七郎山のパークは、2022年現在立ち入っても工事中。さらに内陸を横断する道路は道が落石まみれで通ると車が傷つくのでいかないほうがいい。民宿の方や地元の人に山道を走ったと言ったら、あそこは軽トラじゃないと無理だといわれた。 基本道路は島周回道路しか整備されてないようです。 いくつかパークがありますが、内陸の...
