Don't miss it if the weather is good. Outstanding 360-degree views. The viewing tower is always accessible. The shop is closed on the weekend, but it doesn't look like anything special. Go for the views!!

Observation tower overlooking the Nakashibetsu area. The tower is free to enter and there is a cafe on the first floor. Parking and separate toilets are at the base of the hill. Amazing views.

You get a panoramic view of the mountain ranges. The wind is strong but not too strong which makes the chill factor a pleasant one. Beautiful experience overall.

知床から、羅臼、標津町から、さらに中標津町な入り初めて訪ねた。 中標津市街地からマイカーで、約１５分で到着。駐車場🅿️🚗に着くと、５，６０台は可能のようだ。もちろんトイレ🚻も設置され、水洗化されている🆗。また道路は敷地内は、ミルクロードと言われる町道から、一方通行であるので、気を付けたい。 ここは見ると、標高２７０mの丘からは、３３０度の大パノラマの地平線を一望できる、絶景ポイントである🆗。 １９９４年(平成６年)にこの新展望台が設立されて、益々はるか地平線を見渡せて、地球が丸いがまさにピッタリである。 １階は軽食コーナーの、濃厚な牛乳や、それを使ってのハチミツソフト🍦だ。トッピングのハチミツは、カフェのスタッフが地元の養蜂🐝家に師事されて、完成させたと言う👏👏。 甘すぎない、サッパリで、後味はスッキリとした、味わいだ🆗。 ２階には展望画廊とパネル表示だ。屋上は常時開放されているのだ。冬季間は休業になる。 実家から一時間もかからないが、地元からも元旦の初日の出🆕🌄や、開陽台での満月🌕️はマニヤにも知られている。

Beautiful. Stunning. Truly one of the views I would burn into the retina of my eye. Cafe and stuff are closed for winter though.
