If you like My neighbour Totoro, a famous Hayao Miyazaki’s anime, this place truly a place to make a pilgrimage.

This is Miyazaki san’s reference on the huge tree that Totori lives, including the shape of the tree, the shrine and the magical tree hole. Standing inside having trees around you make you feel like living in the real Totoro’s oak tree place, and waiting for the Totoro to show you the world.
