Roadside Station Swan 44 Nemuro — Attraction in Nemuro

My family and I added Swan 44 Nemuro to our eastern Hokkaido road trip itinerary, and it did not disappoint! Located right on Route 44 by Lake Furen and Shunkunitai, the building's full-glass walls offer breathtaking panoramic views.

Inside, there are complimentary telescopes and binoculars—perfect for birdwatching, though we didn’t catch any swans during our visit since it wasn’t migration season. The restaurant “Bird Pal” serves local specialties like blue king crab ramen, saury rice bowls, escalope, and even soft-serve ice cream—all while you enjoy the stunning scenery.

A partir do mirante a vista do lago é belíssima. Vimos um grupo grande de cisnes brancos nadando juntos. A parte interna é bem aquecida e confortável, com informações turísticas, mapa da região, loja de produtos típicos, e um restaurante com uma vista linda para o lago. Na região tem muito cervo e este restaurante serve à milanesa. Eu gostei muito, parece com carne bovina, macia e saborosa. O local é acessível para pessoas com necessidades especiais.
