仕事で使う空撮サンプル作成のため、一連の手続きをした上で日の出直後の早朝にドローンを飛ばしにいったが、紅葉の時期もあってか、違法にドローンを飛ばす連中が多い。

合法的に飛ばすのは構わないと思うが、ここは必然的に第三者や物件から30m以内になりうるので航空法の許可が必要だし、今年の夏から航空法の許可に基づく飛行は飛行情報の共有が義務化されている。 少なくとも両方を満たさないと航空法違反で罰則を受ける。

もちろん自分も許可をもらってて飛行情報も共有しているので、求められればすぐに提示できるようにしており、その他にも関連団体への手続きも済ませてきているが、明らかに飛行情報共有システムで登録されていた台数よりも実際に飛んでる台数が多い。

おかげで電波干渉がひどくて散々な目にあった。 そいつらは早朝だけで去ったが、他にも毎週末にここの駐車場を陣取ってドローンを飛ばしてるキャブがついた横浜ナンバーの軽バンがいる。 彼は駐車場にイスを出すうえにごたいそうに発電機まで持参して移動型店舗のように堂々とやっているので許可はとってるだろうが、電波の強い機体でこちらの近くに飛んでくる。 今年の9月の航空法改正時に、『衝突予防』という項目があるのを認識してなさそうだ。
