Definitely one of the best trekking places we went during our Japan trip. There are a total of 3 waterfalls (No. 1 to 3) to visit and parking was free near the entrance (need to cross a bridge first). Optional Y100 for conservation and they provide a helmet in case of falling rocks or branches.
Waterfalls were amazing (but No. 1 was under maintenance during our visit). Trail was easy, takes around ~20 min to get to the first waterfall (No. 3) and No. 2 was close behind. However, some portions of the trail required crossing narrow ledges and wooden planks (No railings), so be careful if you didn't buy insurance.
