Once in a life time experience. If you like hiking and amazing scenery view, you should definitely visit here. They don’t have a public transport to reach here and it’s very far from the port. So waking seems unreachable. But you can rent a bicycle or a car. The road from the port to cliff is very steep, even if we are sitting in the car. You can choose to hike from bottom or from the top, it takes about 1.5 hours (slow walk).

Amazing hiking /walking spot, easy to do for beginners. Make sure to watch out for the cattle that grazes there, the land is used as pasture and the "human visitors" are the guests. The amazing scenery is definitely worth the effort of reaching this place. No matter how many times I visit I find myself charmed with the view again.

Breathtakingly gorgeous! Feels worlds away from the Japan you're used to. One of the most beautiful scenic spots I've ever seen in Japan. Will have to come back in a summer season to experience the island when everything is lush and green. Loved it.
