Tedori Fish Land — Attraction in Nomi

This is an amusement park representing Ishikawa. Rides are ticketed, and you have to buy a lot of tickets at the beginning. On holidays, you can buy a one-day passport. The number of tickets required for each ride varies depending on the ride. Also, the rides are divided into smaller groups according to the height of the children.

There is also a game corner where you can play crane games. Even if you do not speak Japanese, the system is easy to understand, so please ask the staff for help.

On the second floor, there is an Ultraman show. The show consists of two parts: watching battles and playing games using your body, and you need to buy a ticket...

I am a fan of Showa-era Japanese amusement parks, since they tend to be low-key but fun and quirky. This one, however, isn't particularly interesting.

The rides are a bit disapponting. The big roller coaster was closed, the go karts only go for a single lap, the monorail is really slow. Others are good. Best for kids under 10 in general.

It is "fish land" because you can actually go fishing!? There were a few middle-aged men paying to fish in a moderately sized pond. Quite unexpected!

On the way in there is a big arcade, with claw machines and games.

【ペットへの愛が感じられないスタッフばかり。最低の対応をされました】 展示中のチンチラが異物が入ったのか片目を瞑り、目ヤニも出てて痛そうにしてたので、近くの店員さんに伝えたところ「分かりました」と返答。 しかし、どれだけ待ってもその店員はチンチラの様子を見に来ることはなく放置してたため、再度伝えに行くと「責任者に伝えたので私は知りませんという感じの冷たい態度」をとったので、この店のおかしさにその時気付く。

その後、竹中というその時の責任者を呼んでもらい、チンチラが痛そうにしてるのを確認してもらいますが特に何をするでもなく無関心な様子。

それとは別に、チンチラは不正咬合を防ぐためにも牧草中心に餌をあげないといけないのに（ペット業界では常識の知識）この店では餌にペレットしか見当たらないこともあって、流石に酷いでしょと苦情をしたところ「店長は小動物に詳しくないので」と言い出したので、そんないい加減なことで命を扱ってるのですか？と問いただすと「いいかげんじゃないよ！」と逆ギレし「朝にちょっとだけど牧草はあげてる！」とタメ口で言い放ち、こちらが納得するような回答もせずに後退りしてその場から立ち去ろうとしました。

なので、こんな店からは何も買いたくないと思い、それまで手にしてた全ての商品を売り場に戻して私は店を出ました。

それにしてもペットが可哀想です。 また様子を見にいって自然に治ってるか確認しには行きますが、店員さんが相変わらず酷いようなら動物虐待で然るべき機関に相談したいと思います。

【追伸】 その後、手取フィッシュランドの問い合わせ窓口から同様の苦情を申したところ、店長の辰巳さんから返答があり、明日、目を痛そうにしてたペットを動物病院に連れて行ってくれるとのことでした。

【再追伸】 一応、ここの口コミを「評価の低い順」で並べ直して過去の投稿も全てチェックしたところ、横柄な態度をする特定の店員がいることが確認できましたが、おそらく同じ店員（竹中）さんのことではないですか？ あと、動物達への扱いの酷さなども。

だとすると複数のお客さんから苦情があってもずーっと改善されてないということではないでしょうか？
